@RS
This issue should be resolved now 🙂
Hi @desmond74
You should have received a printed document with your Dante module detailing the functionality of the card including the network bridge.
If you didn’t receive the paper copy in the box then please let us know. I have attached a PDF copy for your perusal to this message 🙂
Hope that helps.
Hi Dan,
Unfortunately dynamic labels in Custom Control are not currently compatible with Avantis – see Custom Control Release Notes – but this will be resolved in a future Avantis FW update (V1.1)
Unortunately we had an issue with the initial upload of the firmware but this has now been resolved. I will lock this thread to prevent any confusion.
The “invalid” strips are what you should see when the FX Unit is in use as an Insert. This should not be visible when the FX Unit is in Mix->Return mode.
However, I’m unable to replicate the “invalid” state when the FX Unit is in Mix->Return mode which is what I assume you’re witnessing?
Please could you send us an email to support@allen-heath.com with the reproduce procedure so we can take a closer look?
Thanks 🙂
Thanks @mr-x , I’ve reproduced this here and it has now been logged.
Just to let you know we’ve logged this as a bug. Thanks for letting us know!
We are aiming for an Autumn release of 1.90, but unfortunately I can’t be any more specific at the current time.
Hope that helps!
Ben
For those of you reporting connection issues since 1.80, please could you send us an email to support@allen-heath.com with details of your IP configuration and network topology.
@mr-x it would also be interesting to know the make/model of the router that you mention working OK in 1.7x but being problematic in 1.80.
Thanks!
Ben
Hi all,
The FX Return PEQ behaviour that has been identified in this thread by @eotsskleet and @wolfgang is a bug which has now been logged with our R&D team.
We will be looking to fix this in a future FW update.
Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused!
Ben
If you haven’t already, take a look at our dLive Multi-Surface Guide:
https://www.allen-heath.com/media/Understanding-Multi-Surface-ISS1.pdf
You should find most, if not all, of the information you require in there!
Ben
Please could you save the logs to USB and send them to support@allen-heath.com along with the link to this video so we can take a look.
Thanks,
Ben
