Any other option cards fitted? Maybe the word clock source is not set correctly? I’ll assume you’ve swapped out cables as part of the troubleshooting 😉

2017/05/08 at 11:47 am #63262Oops, found the zip file, but yes if the online version is able to include that stuff it’d be awesome!
2017/05/08 at 11:46 am #63261Very cool mumu, where’s the zip file for editing? I’d just like a few generics like “DI #… / Inst #… Vox #…” for festival patch sheets
2017/03/28 at 2:49 am #62409That’s a very cool tool…. that I never knew existed in all the years I’ve had iLives!!! It looks like it was a 3rd party developed tool, maybe if that developer gets into a dLive they’ll update it?
2017/03/23 at 4:00 am #62296If you’ve assigned an AUX to the PAFL buss, selecting that Aux should send that output to the surface phones output AND any associated rack or surface outputs you’ve assigned (this is from memory of the last time I used it, but don’t quote me!)
2017/03/22 at 6:56 am #62270Hi Andy, as per the attached pic, choose your PAFL bus (IEM), select MIX & you’ll see the option to turn individual Aux’s on and off in that PAFL (likewise, associate your wedge sends only with the Wedge PAFL bus & when you assign outputs it’ll only go to one or the other).

2017/02/27 at 1:20 pm #61644Ok cool, good to know – thanks Nicola
2017/02/01 at 1:25 pm #61041That’s an Apple issue, not A&H – iTunes provides no way of rolling back an update, so the best you can do is tell people to turn off auto update, or else explain you’ll be updating on such-and-such a date & at that stage the new apps will work.
2017/01/25 at 7:28 am #60873@ddff_lv I’m looking at getting another DM32 rack, which will be used for small shows on it’s own (control with iPad/Director/IP8’s), but if it’s possible to use it to add preamps and outputs to my existing DM32 then I have 2 64 input racks for festival splits etc (I have a DM64 rack already)… looking at the price difference between DM32 racks and a fully loaded DX rack just makes it more feasible to use the full rack to my mind – as @tor said above it seems entirely sensible that a DM rack could work as a DX rack with a simple software patch (“rack 1 is the DM control, rack 2 connected via DX cabling is DX rack…”) – it’s essentially just a dumb DM rack at its core, seems like it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch to allow a DM rack to act as such (and definitely add a huge amount of flexibility to the dLive – big selling point there!!!). @Nicola_A&H looking forward to hearing your thoughts on that…
2017/01/25 at 1:36 am #60866Are there plans to have dual rack control in future updates Nicola? In the current scenario I’d be more inclined to put a waves card in the second rack (to match what I’m already running), but I’d assume if dual rack is coming then Waves won’t support that – is there a reason to go GigaACE (and if so, will that be in the near future?$?
2016/12/21 at 1:25 am #59989TCP/IP? On my iLive I had an app on my phone which selected scenes via TCP/IP, I believe there’s the same system available on the dLive (I haven’t tried it yet, but it worked well on iLive)
2016/12/19 at 8:44 am #59945@XYZ there’s ports on both the surface and mixrack for the IP units, so definitely if you set a scene it would be controllable by the IP units in a very simple scenario (I had the discussion yesterday with a fellow user over coffee where he was discussing installing an IP8 in a lecturn for use by non-audio savvy operators in a Church).
