Alex2021/09/15 at 8:18 am #103442Hi!
I’m sorry to hear this happened. This is most likely caused by a hardware issue, so please contact your distributor to arrange a service.
You can find their contact details by selecting your country from the list here: https://www.allen-heath.com/where-to-buy/
Thanks
Alex2021/09/08 at 7:06 am #103325Hi Ppajko1,
To change the channel source for the mix, press the Sel key for Mix 5-6, then press the Routing key to view the Mix Send settings. The Channel Source is set to Post EQ by default, but can be changed to Post-All to include the compressor.
Thanks!
Alex2021/06/08 at 3:57 pm #101779Hi Brazilla,
This sounds like a really interesting setup and I’d love to see photos of it if you have any?
The start and stop controls on the drum machine will only affect settings on the Qu if they send a compatible message. Could you send a screen shot of the messages the drum machine send out?
Our next round of sessions starting next week are all on MIDI, so I recommend joining us for those if you’re interested! https://www.allen-heath.com/sessions/
Thanks
Alex2021/05/30 at 2:47 pm #101617Hi Mumu,
Can you let me know which MIDI foot pedal you’re using?
How are you connecting that to the computer?
Are you using any software to connect the SQ MIDI ports to foot pedal MIDI ports? Thanks

Alex2021/01/03 at 10:38 am #97835Hi ElJay,
Just to add to what Mike C has suggested and asked:
I recommend having a read of the Qu-Pad getting started guide if you haven’t already, as this should help get you connected and show you where everything is in the app: https://www.allen-heath.com/media/Qu-Pad-v1.9-Help-Guide.pdf
Thanks!
Alex2020/12/22 at 2:50 pm #97553Hi All,
You can find an SQ MIDI Generator here: https://www.allen-heath.com/media/SQ-MIDI-generator.xlsx
If anyone finds any mistakes or problems, please let me know here or in a message. I’d offer a prize for the first to find something, but I’m afraid Keith has already beaten everyone to it!
Some information for you to be aware of:
It is possible to get an ‘Invalid’ message in the MIDI Message column. This means that a setting in the row is not possible, like controlling the Fader for IP1 to MTX1 for example.
To control a mix, DCA or Mute Group (the Aux 1 fader for example), the MASTER option should be used in the TO column.Enjoy and happy holidays to all!

2020/12/17 at 8:14 am #97399Hi John,
The mono mixes 1-4 are fixed as mono on Qu, but you could add a dSnake expander and make use of the 4 stereo groups which are switchable to mixes.
The dSnake expander will allow you to patch the groups to output sockets, which aren’t available locally on the Qu-Pac.
Thanks!
Alex2020/12/16 at 9:14 am #97338Hi All,
Here’s a link for the Qu MIDI Generator which I think is what we’re talking about: https://www.allen-heath.com/media/Qu-MIDI-generator.xlsx
I haven’t made one for SQ, but if people would find it useful I’ll certainly have look!
Thanks
