2014/06/21 at 1:14 pm #40295Hi all – thanks for the information. I have ended up selling the Dante card and recorder so am now looking at either…
1) xDR-16 with MMO Out Card circa £2400
2) IDR-OUT with MMO Card circa £1200I do not need any extra inputs (although changing stage placement of the 16 inputs I use would be useful)
So my question is does anyone have any experience of these options and the benefits of each (cost aside!)
Is option 2 transparent to the iLive i.e. do I just get to see these outputs within Editor and can I then see those outputs in the iPad app… I do all the show mixing from iPad in the venues we play at. I could not find any documentation on using IDR-OUT with an iLive but understand it is a supported solution.
Thanks for any experience you have, Richard
2014/06/01 at 1:45 pm #40002Hi – I am based in the UK. As I said open to consider offers. I will not sell the Dante Card w/o the Joeco as I would be foolish to do so.
2014/05/31 at 10:57 am #39994For information I am also prepared to sell the Dante Card and Blackbox Recorder separately.
2013/08/18 at 7:59 pm #34654Anyone? I’m happy to get on with it if it’s not possible but didn’t want to spend more time than needed if there was a shortcut
Thanks, Ric

Oh and I guess save to a new scene as well….

2013/01/09 at 9:31 am #32601Yes – the top capability I would love now that the Scenes are stored in the MixRack is the ability, with appropriate safeguards, to recall a Scene. At present I “reset” the unit at home before a gig using Editor and then use just the iPad at a gig. However I have a number of Scenes that have proved useful in my library and it would be great to be able to switch between them from the iPad at the very least.
Any chance A&H?

2013/01/05 at 11:24 pm #32582Likewise- I have sold my R72 and now run either iPad or Macbook Pro. Last gig never even got the Macbook out. I just loaded up a show at home and then used the iPad.

2012/11/12 at 10:38 pm #32036So for those who have upgraded do I need to do any backing up of shows/scenes etc or will they just remain available for loading following upgrade to 1.9 Firmware and 1.9 Editor. If it all goes wrong can I go back to my 1.8 firmware/editor in the event of problems?
Sorry to ask such a basic question but this is the first time I’ve had to apply upgrades.

2012/11/03 at 3:31 pm #31908Wish me luck – I’m going to try this tonight.
I have two stereo matrixes set up both fed with L/R mix… one will go to the in house PA and one to my PA…
Fingers crossed!
Thanks so much for the advice everyone.
Richard
2012/10/31 at 8:14 pm #31867That’s great stuff. I set up the matrix for the “copy” and it worked great in test.
I subsequently saw the posts about EQ being “passed through”.
So is the recommendation to feed all of the cabs from Matrixes and then just select all of the channels I want “mirrored” to them?
So set up
Mono Matrix 1 = for Main Left
Mono Matrix 2 = for Main Right
Stereo Matrix 1 = for feed elsewhereAm I understanding this correctly? Think I better try this in test mode first!!
