The Half on my Sq6 faders doesn’t work fine. The sq ist noe 4 yaers old.

I already fixed it with some electric cleaning spray ok the faders. The sq must not be opened for that. Spray a little spray on the fader and move the fader very often from up to down.

I understand this wish. It ca ben helpful. But my wish for that future suggestion, is a possibility to change the picking Point for the channel meter. For the hole console, or for each channel

Yes, the console is completely resetted. That was the first doing on the console

But why does the change from AFL to PFL on the inputs affect another 3 to 6 dB PAFL change, when PAFL Bus is always stereo.

Hey Tobi,

Thanks for your answer. I forgot to say that every Dynamics or EQ aren’t activated on channel and mix buss.

After I’ve read some interesting posts, maybe the ‘pan law’ can be the problem, but I can’t find out how A&H handle it. But for this it have to be 3 or 4 dB lower not 10.

Thanks for your answer. Yes that’s exactly what it actually does.

In some big orchestras or Bands it ca be really helpful to see the levels after Preamp. So you can find quickly any problems with overdrive. In another situation it can be helpful at the start from a show. You can quickly see if all channels have an Input, or there is maybe a problem with a cable. Thanks

In your world ,probably a Mixer with 1 input routed to 1 outputput with 1 Fader , is the best thing on earth. All other features are useless….

Thanks dir your answer. I dont use any Kind of stageboxes. I only Look for a possibility to define the USB stereo record Channels. In my opinion it‘s always the USB 1/2. But you Talk about 31/32?

For example: 1 Song i will record with 24 Tracks on USB for preproduction , next Song i want record only the LR Sum for a Demo. Now the SQ record in stereo Mode the USB 1/2 , but in this case the Kick IN / Kick OUT is routed to USB 1/2, so i have to change the routing everytime. If there is any possibility to define which Signal the stereo Channels record, i can always set the USB 31/32 to Main.

I Hope i couldt explain what i mean 🙈

It doesnt exist. You must TURN the softrotary. Only touching is not enough. So it is a very good Idea for a softwaere solution by touching another key at the Same time to showing the preferences. Or, for the SQ Chrome series, Install some touch sensitiv rotarys.
