Jittering faders when switching layers

Does anyone know what causes all the faders to “jitter” when transitioning from one layer to another layer? This problem has developed over time and is now quite pronounced on both of our GLD80’s. Is there a fix?

Maybe try running the fader calibration, it’s in the set up menu.

There are 2 fixes:
-replace the facder board if half of the faders jitter
-replace the individual faders.
The faders are available online l, not expensive.
