    Hi,
The level control for a Direct Out is on the PROCESSING Page / Routing / Direct Out.
The Output point can also be changed here on a small Pull Up Menu – DIR OUT SRC.

We have a lot of GLD mixers in studios and have never had a negative comment on fan noise.
The fan is variable and driven via a thermostat. If your studio’s ambient temp is not high then the fan will stay on the lower speed.
Yes, the fans are always on.

    Hello,

FOH – Director & IP8 go into a switch (Switch-If you don’t want to use the IP power supplies you need a POE+ switch for the IP8)
1 CAT5 Cable from the FOH switch to Network Port 1 on the DM MixRack.
Stage – IP6 Into Network Port 2 on the DM MixRack.

First select how many PAFL Buss you need in MIXRACK CONFIG – Mixrack headphone is always 1 – In SURFACE / AUDIO / PAFL you tell the Desk or Director what number PAFL Buss it is – Then go to I/O page and select OUTPUTS, on the left select PAFL tab and you will see all your PAFL Busses – simply assign to the desired output socket.

Director can be assigned its own PAFL Buss and A PAFL Buss can also be assigned to a Mixrack XLR Output Socket.

Director is Control and Editing Software, it never see’s the actual audio. Any PAFL you assign will show up on the surface Headphone out. The monitor engineer uses the PAFL output on the Mixrack.

Hi, Its probably a clock sync issue.
On the GLD Mixer press menu button – SETUP – Audio – Audio Sync
    Set to INTERNAL
On Dante Controller Software go to – clock status and select your card as Preferred Master and Enable Sync to External

S3000 is an ideal Theatre Console, so many features and a small footprint, good for multiple users.
Next week the latest firmware release will have a nice 2 stage valve preamp on every channel so you can dial in some harmonic distortion.
There’s a lot more to come in future updates.

On the SCENE page Select recall filters and in the bottom left corner select BLOCK ALL.
Now you can go to FX SEND and open only the send for the vocals FX.
