These parts are available from your distributor if you would like to replace them.
You could also upgrade your GLD with the Chrome model sides and front as well as rotaries if you were so inclined.2016/06/09 at 10:18 am #56442You can use the Global Scene Safes to lock down any features that never need change.
At Scene Recall Filters, if you don’t have a ton of changes, I would recommend to totally block all features and only open what you need to change.

You can store a single SCENE and drag it into the CUE LIST EDITOR page.
Then save a show, when you recall that show, the 1 cue you placed in the CUE LIST EDITOR page will be there alone. We are working on the ability to save and manipulate single scenes.

A&H Support2016/02/09 at 4:46 pm #53812Hi Rob,
The TB mic can come from any input on the surface or Mixrack.
You can assign from the I/O page.
Make sure you also assign on the TB page – Mixrack / Talkback and select the appropriate socket for the latching to work.Regards,
Scott

scott.mason@allen-heath.com2016/01/08 at 9:34 am #53172Attached is a picture of where you can find the Monitor Wedge Fader so you can drag one to a spare slot. This Wedge fader works from Main Out or when you press the PAFL button.
Better to use any AUX Mix Fader and assign what you want to that Fader and you have complete control of your wedge.

Problem with date etc2016/01/06 at 12:35 pm #53132Sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately we need the complete logs to diagnose what happened. Depending on how many entries there have been, they may still be there. If you find complete logs, please forward to your distributor or A&H Support.
2016/01/06 at 11:59 am #53131For smaller events, you could use the GLD REMOTE App and use an iPad for control, if you have a wifi router that can receive from the iPad mix location, then you wouldn’t have to move your console around. You can also set certain permissions for the mix engineer.
