dLive4You app please!
Is it possible to pwm the LED’s to give other offset colors?
What about the text itself? Can we have inverted colors…?
Please. They aren’t supporting Aviom because no one uses them anymore. The few that still have them either upgrade to the respective manufacture’s system, or to something else that’s better.
You can easily use the Aviom system with any of A&H’s products via the Dante bridge or the analog input. Easy.
You can create a mono sum using some resistors if its really needed now.
Please, we need linking/ganging! Stereo channels are silly and unecessary!

Great idea!
The play/app store most certainly can have multiple versions. Mackie does just fine having a 2,3,4 version for their master fader app.
And backward & forwards compatibility is 100% possible; Yamaha does that with their TF series.
At least host the .apk’s so we can load them on our devices.
All the 1.3 glitches makes me very nervous… Good point about none of the working units not reporting though. Age of social media & forums has changed the industry.
Keith,
Would it be possible through a software (firmware) update on dLive to configure a built-in GigaACE port for SQLink functionality (audio only)?
I know that might be down the road a bit, but it might help others.

Here are some traces that I took awhile back.

This is before I started learning REW/ARTA so maybe in a few months I can get distortion & other metrics.
General gut feeling, SQ is smoother/nicer than AR. If you have the money go DX.
Does it matter that much? No. I’d rather have a digital snake (AR2412) than analog snake and local IO simply from ease of setup P

If you run your analog output offset from the multitracks via a MTX there will be no difference.
If it is really that big of a deal then build a resistor network.

I don’t understand.
The multitrack session grabs each individual channel independent of L/R mains fader.
Unless you are grabbing the LR Mains signal, but then you can use a MTX to offset the analog output from the main output.
You can’t direct control a SQ from another SQ.
You can route audio between them.
You can pseudo-control the SQ5’s mixes by sending the SQ6 mixes to the SQ5 inputs via sLink and then route those inputs directly to mixes.
You might also be able to directly send audio to socket outputs on the SQ5 with the tie lines or routing, but I haven’t looked into this.
Run the main L+R output fader @ -4dB Why make a code change for something so minor?
