Pre post fader patch not showing up

Hi, i am using a cq18t and from this morning the option to chose the inputsends pre or post fader is not showing up. In none of the outputs.
Any suggestions on what i did wrong?
They are now all pre fader.

I did backup a show and did a factory reset. That fixed the issue.
Restoring my scened from the usb brought the problem back again…

So i did another factory reset en will put everything i need back manually.
I hope the issue doesn’t come back.

I was also shocked, that a modern digital console has no Pre/Post option in the AuxSends. I think i will sell the item. In need this feature in so many cases: Nearfill, Subwoofer, Backingtrackmonitoring on a small Stage, Matrix, 5.1 Sourround. Sorry AH, this feature is absolutly a basic.

ok, after a factory reset I find the option. I hope, this is the only feature that is restored by a factory reset.
