@collegechurch – as @gcumbee suggests, the first thing to do is completely uninstall the app and reinstall a fresh download of it from the app store. Let us know how you get on.

Digital Live Support Specialist2015/08/06 at 1:18 pm #49695@collegechurch – Sorry to hear you’re having problems.
Please could you try either reformatting your USB key (FAT32 format) or using a fresh USB key and re-downloading the firmware from the website. If you continue to have issues could you drop me a line at support@allen-heath.com so we can look into this further.
Thanks.

2015/06/15 at 11:21 am #48692Hi Dave,
If this issue is Pro Tools specific could you go to the Avid plugins folder and move all third party plugins to another folder temporarily so they are not cached on launch and available in the session.
Does this make a difference?

Mike2015/06/15 at 11:08 am #48691Hi all,
This is an issue we are aware of and our R&D guys are working on a fix 🙂
2015/06/08 at 9:36 am #48516Sorry to hear about this.
The update to 1.71 will resolve the issue with the preamps/pad/+48V not responding to control from the mixer.
If you are unable to connect both AB168 units simultaneously then you will need to contact AM&S to see if they can reprogram the MAC address in one of the units or supply a unit with a discrete MAC address.
I hope this helps.
2015/06/08 at 8:01 am #48514Hi Ramonetl,
By default the Qu should be set to send MIDI on Channel 1, it will then broadcast DAW Control MIDI on channel 2.
You need to work from the setup notes in the document below and make sure you have the latest version of the A&H DAW Control app.

2015/05/19 at 1:07 pm #48134Setup > Output Patch > USB Audio
By default 17-18 in the DAW will be assigned to record LR on a Qu-16, using the above you can freely assign what is sent to any of the DAW or Qu-Drive record channels.
2015/05/19 at 1:02 pm #48133Osu,
This is an issue that crops up periodically.
If you go in to Audio/MIDI setup > Configure Speakers (For Qu)
You probably selected the stereo panel but instead go to multi channel and configure the stereo part for 17-18.
This should fix the issue where the system audio is defaulting out of 1-2.
