And we can add a button on setup page called « channel strip color follow mix color ». Then everybody use his own solution. With it or without.

Like @steffenr said, selected mix blinking will not be a solution to this problem I think.

Anothers brand use a good way to show us we are working on mix:
    – all mix light on / blinking the selected mix you are working on.
    – all mix light off when you are back to your Main.

But I like this idea of « mono color » for channel strips too. And it could be the color of your selected mix channel strip.

Sorry once again for my language!

    +1

And I was a bit surprised when I learn we can control more things in a QU via midi than on a sq.

I didn’t use protool and i didn’t find a way to use Pan Knob on my DAW (Reaper) but i found another way to do it, maybe it will help you if you can create any shortcut for a fuunction on protool like we can on Reaper.

    My Setup:
    – On SQ6, my soft rotaries are configurate as MIDI CC Absoluute (for me: Channel 1: CC0 / CC1 / CC2 / CC3 for each rotaries)
    – On reaper, my midi setup: https://ibb.co/2PbbfBcReaper Midi Config
    – then i create a new “shortcut” for this action (Action -> show action) like this screenshot: Reaper Action config

I got only one problem with that: MMC control for record is a bit broken and don’t work every time i press it.

Thanks but that’s what I found when I used “search part” on right side of forum, like I said before but my English could be bad I think. And it’s dedicated to avants / live / c-series / …

But, when Steffen answered me, I checked a bit more on all pages of “SQ suggestions part” and I found what I searched:https://community.allen-heath.com/forums/topic/stereo-aux-follows-pan-rule

    Thanks for your help 🙂

Ok, I found post you speak about on the third page, thanks for your information.

Before writing this topic, I used « search » and found nothing for « pan link » for sq.

    Hey!

Got the same problem few days ago when i setup my SQ for some “funny” setups. Sometimes, my old shows doesn’t appear on my USB KEY for same reason.

I fixed it by just changing USB mode on my console when i want to save a show on USB:
Setup -> Audio -> Select SQ Drive to save your show, then back to USB B to rework on youru setup.

Maybe it will help you, have fun with your setup!
