This sounds like a GND loop.

Often this can be fixed by switching to “GND lift” at the speaker, but I believe the Bose S1 doesn’t offer this.

    Solution ideas:
    * add a transformer with GND lift to the line (e.g. https://www.thomann.de/de/radial_engineering_ic_1_icecube.htm)
    * Less clean solution would be to implement thd GND Lift in the cable by removing the shield at the XLR cable at the side of the speaker (male XLR). If you don’t want to solder by yourself a cable like (https://www.thomann.de/de/sommer_cable_sghxu.htm) would do this.

No guarantee that this works, but something to try …

Fan between 1050 and 1100 RPM and not loud at all….

I guess my ambient temperature is by about 5°C lower (you can see it at the mininmum temparerture readings).

I would expect that the fan is running faster if the ambient temperature is higher, but 2500 RPM at a slightly higher ambient temp. Doesn‘t sound logical.

Is the „send“ fader to Out 1 set up correctly (like for channel 1 in the attached picture). Make sure that Out 1 is selected on the right side …

The following things come into my mind:

    * Your microphone may need phantom power (—> select in the config/input page)
    * Is the gain setup correctly (—> adjust in the config/input page and check the level meter
    * Check your Miucrophone cable

I also don’t know a way to reset the send settings or the gain for a single chanel. So far I have not seen this as an issue.

For resetting the complete mixer you could use Home —> Home —> Quick Start

The way I use Shows / Scenes is the following:

    * For every band I set up an own show with the required Channel Assignments (names, colors, stereo pairing, …)
    * In the show I create a scene with all faders set to off —> This is kind of a “reset” for this show
    * At gigs I create scenes inside the show after the sound check with the venue as name (can also be a good starting point for a similar venue)

This is not exactly what you are looking for, but maybe still useful.

Once you clicked at the part of the channels that you want to reset, you see a red box on top of the part (e.g PEQ, Comp, …). If you reset on the fader, the complete channel will be set to the default state.

To see the actual result, press on the drop down button. This removes the red boxes and you can see the setting after the reset.

    Hope this helps …

I suspect that you sent audio from the dedicated stereo input pair to output 1/2. This would explain the feedback loop.

Did you verify that the faders of the Stereo Input (ST IN) are set to “OFF” for the sends to Out1 and Out2 (see attached file)?
