I have that exact setup. I’ve not been in a situation where I’ve wanted to put the lid on with cables attached, but I believe it won’t impede the rear connections at all. Of note, the front cover is attached to the lid, so airflow might be an issue.

IIRC, you just need the DNA code, which can be found in Utility -> General -> Diagnostics tab (also in the Add-ons tab).

YES + 10000 on this one! I work with a lot of ambient music, where a gate does not play nicely with guitar swells, etc.
