Its not like double posts are illegal!
Group spills make sence and can be useful at least as DCA spilled if not more, i wish more engineers would agree with us and maybe we can have this feature implemented into Dlive.
Yes!! For “some season” Apple usually totally ignores the need of lots of us to stay at there existing software version.
Thats among lots of other things that clearly indicate how corruption rules where true innovation lived before.
Of course you can!! What you can not do is press mix on group and send using matrix rotary, but if you press mix on the matrix you can use the groups rotary to send to matrix, thats where the problem is.
And Steffen, maybe instead of teaching me how to use my board, try to help me fix this bug.
+1
its probably true, i didn’t know that it now accepts those formats, last time i played something from the usb stick was on v1.3 .
Sorry.
INTERLEAVED means both channels ( the left and the right ) are on that same file and not on 2 separate files as in split mono.
any single stereo file is interleaved by nature so you don’t need to worry about that, yet the files must be at 96k and its unlikely that you will get them in that format, so you will have to convert before putting on USB stick.
Very easy! insert a USB stick, go to the System tab in Director, click on “select USB drive” and point to the usb stick you just inserted. then you will be able to copy any existing show to the usb drive from the show manager page in Director.
On 1.51 for mac you can not zoom out the I/O page, only zoom in. the only way to zoom out is to restart the program.
You Dont need to physically go out of the console.
in my case even if i need all 128 channels i dont use all 16 effects.
You can send the drums to an unused FX send mono or stereo witch ever you need (pre fader), then put that effect on bypass, and its return will become a drum mix you can further send to Auxes.
Thank you Midi Guy, im still a little confused, i understand how the DLive can send midi commands thru its MIDI strips but i dont understand how regular audio strips of The DLive can respond to MIDI.
i think with all due respect that the IP8 is over priced and has no rotaries.
if i understand correctly what you are looking for, thats exactly what the recall filter can do for you.
Any thoughts about this from A&H?
This is something that can not be done with mute function. What u describing is a job of a fader!!
