This looks like an old post. I’m in the same boat. how do you assign something to the ME500 directly? They are plugged into the dsnake and a switch but the ME500’s aren’t on their own channel, I don’t understand how they talk to the board.

So it’s finally working. It worked with 1 USB drive for 1.8 but then not for 1.9. I ordered a new Blaze 8GB Sandisk Blaze and that worked to get me up to 1.9. Not sure why 1 usb would work for 1.8 and then not work for 1.9 immediately after. Allen&Heath really should allow any USB drive to update firmware, but that’s just my opinion. Thanks everyone for the feedback & options.

Hello, I just updated my QU32 for firmware 1.8. However i can’t upgrade to 1.9. I’ve formatted my USB & it’s recognized but it won’t find the file (the only file on the USB drive). I’ve downloaded it 10 times and tried it. Just says no file found. Any help might be appreciated.
