Hi it seems there s a confusion/misunderstanding between « main lr gain » and « mix ext in » socket preamp.
There is no LR gain nor trim on sq series.. (and btw it would be very usefull to have a trim on every mix out(or i should say on every outport ,like the yamaha ‘s output port section)

Don t forget the dbfs alignement and meter calibration in the sq;
+18dBu = 0dBFS
0dB meter = -18dBFS
I don’t know audacity but DAWs generally show their levels in the dbfs scale.

That’s it. Your input1 from qu(direct out via monitor) corresponds to slink 21. So We just have to patch slink21 to input 1 in the sq.

There s no routing screen but you can assign/unassign every channels to every mix directly from layers. The ON key on each channel appears with the long fader screen mode.

is the sq hardware allows to have deep processing in this section in the future?

Idk how the tf serie works, but on RIO-d2 serie you can control the preamp/hpf via Rremote (yamaha softfare) and then the trim with your sq. maybe you could check if something like the Rremote software exist in the tf range?

By the way,i can’t find the global mix Sends settings (sq6 or mixpad) .i can only Pre/post and on(assign) per canal but i can’t decide post preamp, pre/post eq/comp or post all .after a quick check it’s post eq by default. The qu’s can do it in the global mix send settings ..no way on the sq or di i mess something…?
