ME-500 and GLD series mixers

    Has anyone successfully used an ME-500 with a GLD – 80 mixer? I see where the ME-1 is compatible. Cannot find any documentation on it and am being told that the ME-500 is not compatible. Any input on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks
