DM64 & S7000 are both on static. Dante is DHCP and Waves should be DHCP. I have submitted a ticket and logs to A&H.

I would agree with you because the fader does work at times. This is the solution I’m given.

Under the Util/Shows button – Utility tab – Diagnostics – Automatic mode

When it happens again, capture a video of the diagnostics on the sliders. I have had to replace all banks of sliders 1x and waiting on the arrival now for complete replacement #2.

This has broken my show more than once when I switch banks and it turns a vocal mic down or if I’m in monitor mix mode it has changed the level of that channel in someone’s IEM. I have the S7000 and had plenty of extra channels to work around it until the replacement arrives.

For stereo channels, it’s a bit clunky but I can go to the IO input page, click on the physical output (not the crosspoint but the block at the top) and adjust the gain, +48, & pad.

@brian: I understand what you are saying about the buttons not matching up. Do you know a way to make the selected channel on the surface sync with Director’s selected channel view? If not, maybe that should be my feature request! 🙂

@duesenbert: I tried the 3rd monitor but I cannot get the mouse off the right monitor with this issue. When the board was first set up it worked just fine with the mouse & 3rd monitor.
