1.15 is fine. On Me-1, did you first assign a group to a key and then assign your stereo linked channel as a member?
2019/05/02 at 4:38 pm #83648QU-SB, if connected to SQ-5, cannot be further connected to a stage box, either AR or DX. It might work as a rehearsal mixer, but it’s outputs and inputs are limited, and I think the OP is looking a solution for both rehearsal and stage.
I am IEM mixer person and band member. We want saved AUX scenes in one mixer format. SQ latency is also better, which “may” be a factor for some IEM users.
2019/04/16 at 2:55 am #83365When you open Qu-pad on your IPad, you only see Demo and not Qu-sb, correct?
Make sure that you update your QU-sb to latest firmware via USB stick.

Thank you for the reply. Your response about architectural reasons makes so much more sense to me than than user beliefs that you ignore users or attempt to force users into more expensive products.
This does beg the question as to why you haven’t shared this exact same response much earlier. I encourage you to let us in on the status of requests that we’ve “screamed out for.”
2019/04/09 at 6:19 pm #83253Thanks, Audioboy, for taking the time to further educate many of us!
2019/04/09 at 4:50 pm #83248I’m primarily a keyboard player and mix IEMs for my band. While I’m pretty good at this, I’m not the most experienced sound guy.
Audioboy, can you share some examples of how you fix vocals with multi-band compressors?
2019/03/27 at 6:48 pm #83012I doubt DT168 will have a separate WIFI connector, and Dante doesn’t work over WIFI.
So wouldn’t your proposed APP have to be a MAC and PC APP, either separate or some kind of DVS add on. Not a deal killer if you are bringing your computer anyway.
2019/03/26 at 11:25 pm #82992I too made the mistake of copying the files onto the root directory rather than copying the entire ME1 folder when updating the Me-1.
2019/03/25 at 6:29 pm #82962I am able to send my config to USB. The USB has the pad files in the root directory. However, the ME-1 reports…
On USB: NOT FOUNDI repeated the download and extraction with the same result.
2019/03/20 at 2:25 pm #82844A 24in 12out box makes great sense for my IEM rack because it is three rack spaces and permanently wired to IEM transmitters. I’d rather have a separate stage box when I need more I/O. So everyone’s idea of the perfect box spec is gonna differ.
2019/03/19 at 2:36 pm #82826Chrisc,
I’m aware of the Slink card. I would not need ME-U unless I was using Dante.
2019/03/19 at 4:14 am #82808“Any FOH desk that has Dante can receive the signal, but the HA would only be adjustable via the monitor desk and the FOH desk would need to use trim. For some desks this is not ideal and can cause frustration.”
Hey, Stretch480, Could you share which desks for which this is not ideal and can cause frustration?
2019/03/19 at 12:18 am #82804Informative thread. For me, the other factor is the high price of MU-e with Dante and the expected steep price of DT168.
2019/03/18 at 5:06 pm #82792But, a FOH mixer with Dante can mix channels from inputs that are physically plugged into a dx168 connected via Slink on Sq on stage, correct? My use would be SQ as an IEM mixer only.
2019/03/18 at 1:34 pm #82778I’m also exploring this. I think you can have your I/O via dx168 (Slink) and Dante devices would be able to receive all your signals via a Dante card in your SQ. It might be done via tie-lines. I don’t think you are using-up inputs/outputs to do this.
The gotcha for me is that I couldn’t run Dante, Dx168 thru Slink and Me-1 through the same Sq (unless I got MU-e with Dante option to connect ME-1.
Of course, the mixer you are connecting to must also have Dante capability.
