Mix EXT IN was the issue. We cleared that out and now everything is working great. Thanks for all the help! We are switching from analog to digital, so there is a big learning curve here.

That is correct Mike. We go to the routing screen with the Pulpit mic selected (local input 1) and have AUX1-AUX4 turned down to negative infinity. I believe we even pressed the “OFF” button above the AUX mix and still get volume coming through. We do have AUX5-8 still on, so i will try turning those down. Those AUX outputs are going to our live stream camera and TV record mix, so they shouldn’t have an effect on the stage monitors however.

I even turn the volume all the way down on the master AUX1 volume control and still get audio coming through. If I completely mute it then the audio stops however.

I am almost positive everything above is correct, but I will double check tomorrow morning when at the board again.

I am remoting into a PC and using the SQ MixPad app to view settings while I am away from the board, so not sure if the software shows me everything that is available on the screen built into the board.

In the Mix EXT In section on AUX3 main Processing screen, I see a “Socket Preamp” section and a “Delay” section, but nothing else. I will check this next time I am physically in front of the board and see if I have more options.
On the Insert Tab of the processing screen for AUX 3, Send is Unassigned and Return is Unassigned, just like the rest of our AUX outputs, so I assume this is normal.

All of our Effect processors channels are muted and turned all the way down on the main on Layer C, so effects shouldn’t be affecting anything.

I also checked the Send and Return settings of the input channels and they are all set to Unassigned as well.

Any other ideas, or do you think I should check the “Mix EXT In” section in person?
