SQ stereo links

SQ doesn’t save Stereo Routing (Pairing) of channels/mixes in a scene. It’s a little bit annoying that you have to set up which channels or mixes are together/stereo manually every time you load a scene.

Hi, if I remember correctly they decided to save the mono/stereo channel configuration only in the show file (not the scene file) because changing the mono/stereo configuration results inevitable in an interruption of the audio. In some situations/environments you need to be able to load a scene while there is still audio going through the console.
That’s why some people already asked for a linking/ganging feature so that you can use two linked mono channels for a stereo signal.

this is saved in the showfile

but it is possible to reconfigure ins and outs to stereo channels in a scene based way
