    Hello,
I am quite excited about the CQs, but since I am not a fan of mixing on a tablet, I’m asking if they can be controlled by a hardware-surface,IP8 for instance? Or some third-party unit?

    Cheers,

    T.K.

The CQ is not currently supported by the third party app Mixing Station. It is too new to really know if David will be able to make a CQ version as well.

However, if Mixing Station does support CQ at some point in the future, it is trivial to add a midi fader bank to whatever device you are running Mixing Station on. Because Mixing Station supports these devices natively, you would be able to use the fader bank to control the console and therefore have hardware faders via this method. This is probably the quickest and easiest way we will get fader support on the CQ series consoles.
