PSE/Neve5045

Hi guys and girls,

I would like to see a vocal “gate” like the Waves PSE (Primary Source Expander) or the Neve 5045 (Primary Source Enhancer) added to the collection of Add Ons.

To make a small correction, Andre, you mean the Rupert Neve Design Portico 5045
There exists a second company with Ruperts name, AMS Neve, they do not provide a primary source enhancer.

And, we already suggested this… at least for the dLive

this would upgrade the systems
on all platforms
maybe a DEEP gate replacement as addition to the expander 😉

I think it’s neccesary to have a PSE or a 5045, some monitors engeneers doesn’t like work with dLive because don´t have this in his arsenal…
I think is a problem to users that use SSL or PM consoles because some of them don’t use waves (which is the most easier solution).
I would like to know if dLive will have an Enhancer in his next upgrade…

Hmm, how did they do the work before?
But ok, it would be a nice addon, but more important for me is the availability of an expander and better, not only so lala acceptable, reverbs. And many other usefull stuff. So, PSE or the 5045 is on priority rank 15 to 20 from my point of view.
