Our church recently acquired a new A-H QU-24 mixer, but we are at a complete loss of how to engage phantom power even after having carefully combed through the user manual and online forums such as this one. If anyone out there could help that would be great.

Select the channel , go to the processing screen press and hold the 48v button on the screen for a few seconds . Hope that helps

Thank you for your suggestion, which we have come across several times before. Our initial hurdle is how the heck does one get the “48V” option to appear on the processing screen. I, and others, have probably pressed every combination of buttons imaginable, but we have never been able to get that (48V) option to appear on the screen.

The option is only valid if you use preamps.
With USB sources it’s not available.
