I have a WinPC i7 5930k on ASUS x99A Board – and it makes noises every time.

Still problems with nois in play mode.
But it is a little bit better, since I enabled the Intel Speed Step Tech in Bios

When I change the buffersize, it also goes away for view minutes.

I’ve solved the problem (thanks Alex from A&H support)

Go in BIOS and disabled USB 3.0 xHCI

since the update on win10, it is on the Qu32 and in SQ Series – but they work for a solution with Intel. We have to wait.

I have the same problem. So first I solved the problem with updating the USB driver on Motherboard, but since the Win Update, it’s actually the same problem again.

So now I’ve changed my graphic card into a AMD/MSI and the brizzle has gone, but now sometimes a channel in cubase peaks after a time. I thougt it is the USB-Driver from A&H, because on my Steinberg MR816 CSX (FW) there is no problem.

By the way, I have a Intel i7 5930K with 32GB Ram and all energyoptions are out and the system is optimized for audio.

    here an answer from A&H-England.

That makes things more tricky, the QU MIDI is NRPN messages which is more difficult to configure. The DAW control app for Mac translates the NRPN messages to HUI/Mackie Control but we don’t offer this level of support for Windows based systems.

If Cubase doesn’t support NRPN then something like Bomes to translate in to a more friendly protocol might be an option but it’s not something we offer directly unfortunately.

so, ok. I found out, that when you put the gain to it highest point and than to it lowest point, you be able to get 0dB.
But when you on 1.5 dB or other and want to 0dB it doesen’t work.

yes, I have make it this way – but however, the auto select function and the lamps are the problem, but I can work so. Perhaps A&H is going to bring a new driver for PC – I wish.

ok, but when I will use MackieControll there is no reaction. And there’s only to choose Midi Qu32 In and Midi Qu32 out – so no Midi 1,2,3 or 4 ?
