Hi thanks, but thats what I’m asking. Asking can you save just scenes on the USB A thumb drive.
It seems you can only store shows on it.

Have you saved just scenes on the USB A thumb drive, without saving it as a show?

You cannot choose multi-track for the USB A drive.

How do you save just a scene to the USB A Drive? I don’t see that as an option. Culd you go into greater detail?

Not sure if you can save JUST scenes, or do they have to be inside a SHOW ?

You can use the scene feature. Create a scene you need, save it, then add mutes to all the desired channel, and save it as the next scene.

Then just toggle between the 2 scenes.

I just got my CQ as well I would not record on the SD card it’s too small. You need a thumb drive USB a there’s a limit on the size of the SD card of 32 GB which is only about 10 minutes worth of recording at multi track, the S, the car does not have a size limit. It’s very hard getting an answer from these guys. It’s the manual really is not written well.

I have a SQ5 and the Waves card I have does 64 channels in & out.

I wish A&H would do more comprehensive video, (like Waves etc.), on the operations of their products. The video A&H does, only really mentions features, and does not go into great detail.

1.I did not see one, detailed video on recording to and from a DAW.
2.The functions of and accessing inputs 17-24 (CQ18t)

Just got the 18T. My gain assist is not working at all. on every channel. Sometime it will go you 1db and stop.

When I set the gain manually the channel works fine.

Also channels 2 & 14, using the same mic and gain settings, outputs to Logic Pro much louder that all other channels.
