Even easier with iPad, just double tap screen on channel you want to copy, select channel you want to copy too, double tap and tap paste.

Unfortunately it’s one of the downfalls of the QU series(I have Qu-PAC, QU16, QU24). No custom layers 1/2/3 do not save with the scenes. But setting them up is a snap when in the layer and going right to set up to pick what you want in. I just received my SQ6 and hope that was fixed in the new app.

Perfect was going to ask what hard drive next. 16 channels max. Most Bands use far less than that. Appreciate the advice.

If you’re running your track through ST3 or 2 etc Or using a DI box. What ever channel you using will be sent to mix channels only. Don’t send that channel used for your click to front of house or LR mix.

I use radial engineering ProAV1 for mine.

Lee7: I know I’m asking alot I’ve tried everything. For my studio I use E902/904 and for live I’ve been using E602/604 and love them. I’ll understand if you dont want too but your set up is as close to mine as can be. Would you mind sharing your settings. I can try that as a starting point before I just go back to my 602 with a Kelly shue. Thanks for all your advise already.

where do you set up a reference mic. where band is located or in audience area?

Thank you for your knowledge in advance. To sum it up Channel is all setting saved in one, PEQ is exactly what it is “EQ” only. Just saying if I use a starting point for a kick drum factory PEQ for E901 and dial in all the settings Compression, additional EQ settings, Gain etc. I can then save it in the Channel Library. The PEQ just gave me a starting point for a saved Channel setting. Can you or would you you save PEQ instead of Channel library.

Spatial modelling (smr) is inserted directly into imput 1. Only use for lead singer. On board just hkt wet or dry and adjust but cant seem to find same on ipad. If its even available. Can insert from ipad just cant adjust.

OMG does that really say alt out on the front of the board. I am new to this and was so worried about patching and changing from snake to console I didn’t even notice that. I was all over layer2 and using lR main to check volume. I will try tonight but I am sure that is it. I love this community and sorry for the really bad questions I feel like such a dunce. thanks again

THANK YOU everyone for such quick support. I was able to get all mixes working. I thought I had it set up right, I just reset everything in the mixes and started from scratch. Sometimes you just need to step back. But thanks again I know I made to right choice in boards and greatly appreciate everyone’s help.
