    Hello Woutert,

    Most of us know how to use I-Live equipment.
    We all know we can alter things to our likings.
    But it would be faster to start with all auxes in pre fade mode,
    so you won’t have to alter post to pre to start with.

    I must have missed something in your earlier respond to Jeffrey I suppose?
    Why is post fade safer as a default?

    Regards;
    Peter

    Hi
    In reply to Jeffrey V;

    1.We only use auxes in pre fade mode, exept for FX and soundtracks,
    as scruffyd says,only then these channels are best set in post-
    fade.
    2.It would defenately save time if all channels were pre fade.
    In our configuration most channels are ,and only few in post-fade.
    It’s faster to set a few channels from pre-fade to post-fade,than
    almost every channel from post-fade to pre-fade(no rocket science).
    3.I’sure hope R&D will read this topic and change the aux default
    settings in standard pre-fade,this would save us a lot of time
    alltogether because we use three different IDR Racks

    This is a usefull topic,I hope everyone will read and reply on.

    Thank you Jeff

    Regards;
    Peter
