Surprised how few people are looking for the ability to compress a reverb FX Return. That is one of the most useful ways to use a reverb, and the OP’s deley scenario.
+1 to implementing Fx Return processing.

I actually think Keith missed the point of the original post, unless I don’t understand… Wouldn’t an addition to the return channel: adding a compressor after the EQ, not just be a simple inject, rather than having to chenge the routing path? Just allow a compressor to live on every FX Return.

What was the reason for not allowing processing of a FX Return? It’s feeding where I want it to go already, why not make it ready to go from there? Wouldn’t your suggestion burn a Mix bus, which is already extremely limited??? Please allow compression on FX Returns at least!

You can already do this. Just make sure to either be in the EQ page you’re wanting to save, then hit the library button and save it. Or, have the channel processing page open and the channel you want selected, then hit the library key from there. Make sure to select the “User” section in the library. You can see what area of the library you’re in at the top of the page when the library button is pressed.

Control mapping would make that function so fast and easy. Not sure how complicated it would be to implement, but it seems like some code that could be weaved into everything rather than a huge rewrite.

Just running up the extra matrix vote. Literally the first thing that I noticed when using the board the first time. Was pretty shocked actually. Should have done my research ahead of buying. Would be happy to spend some money “upgrading” if there was ever an unlockable feature.
