Hello Dave,
I don’t have an SQ to test but I believe that it’s not possible.
Also SQ has 16 tracks, while Qu has 18.Thanks,
Jake.2018/05/08 at 7:20 pm #70912I’d buy some!
2018/05/06 at 7:20 pm #70843Hello Kirt,
Using a DX Hub allows you to connect 3 x DX168

Thanks,
Jake2018/05/06 at 10:00 am #70826So does that allow separate processing of each?
2018/05/06 at 5:50 am #70822Hello Zac,
There is no setting or option for this.
Obviously, there’s nothing stopping you connecting two mono sources but they’d share all processing & gain structure and you’d have no control over the panning. Might work for some scenarios but I suspect it’s not what you want. Thanks,
Jake2018/05/06 at 4:22 am #70815Hello Micah,
DAW control – currently being worked on and is scheduled to be included in the next major firmware release. Unsure when this will be but probably Q3 of this year.
MIDI – So far as I’m aware there’s no official word on when this will be released: it will be coming, just no idea when.Hope this helps,

2018/05/01 at 8:00 am #70722Hello Michael, you’ll need to:
– setup one of the other mix outputs post fade and with all channels sending to this mix at unity gain
– send required amount of reverb to this mix (no reverb if you want to record dry)
– set USB patching to record this mix (instead of LR mix)Let me know if you need more details than this.
Thanks,
Jake2018/04/26 at 12:11 am #70621Hello Javier,
Note the different terminology:
– Input sources are the number of mics you can connect to the mixer/stage boxes
– Input Processing Channels are the number of input audio signals that can be processed at the same time. The SQ mixers can have up to 151 connected sources, but can only process 48 at any one time.
2018/04/24 at 5:11 am #70576I believe that will achieve what you want (higher level in recording).
You’ll also want to:
1) set the channel source (shown in the screen you have attached. Choosing post-preamp will give you audio as it was picked up by the mic; any of the other options will record an edited signal)
2) make sure the USB Audio Source is set to direct outs (page 52 in manual)As always, make sure you test this to ensure it achieves what you want.
Cheers, Jake.

2018/04/23 at 10:26 pm #70565Hello Jon,
I’m unsure of your experience level but I trust this helps..
There are two ways to change the volume into Ableton live – 1) the channels input gain (see page 29 in manual) and 2) the channels direct out volume (top of page 38 in manual).
Changing the direct out volume will not affect volume of your speaker in the house.
Changing the channel gain will affect the volume in the house (however you can then reduce this volume in the house by lowering the channels fader). To fully understand this, you’ll need to research the gain stages in the mixer – I can explain if you need.
Cheers,
Jake2018/04/17 at 10:32 pm #70481Thanks for sharing your research – I’m very interested in these capabilities
2018/04/17 at 7:36 am #70463Once it’s voice activated it’ll need another Ethernet port for integration with the coffee machine.. internet of things!
But yes, an auto-increment would be good. I’d use that a lot.
