    @Pit Lenz – Jump Desktop has been working great for us. Compatible with iPhones, iPads and Macs.

    The desktop GLD editor also can’t start/stop USB recording.

    Hey GCumbee! Thanks for your reply.

    When you say ‘newer engine’ are your referring to the engine within the QU series? We have the latest Chrome version of the GLD and the most updated firmware.
