Sennheiser G4 Integration

Hi there,

I have 4x G4 IEM Systems that I’m trying to integrate with dLive. I can add them in on the mix rack by manually adding the IP address, but the status is showing red “IEM Tx” and I cannot assign to an output to monitor RF or battery levels. All I see is “Invalid receiver device”.

I’ve searched all over and cannot find much info.

Could it be the case that they are all on channel RX1, and If so how do I fix this?

The G4 IEM is not sending any data back top the transmitter, so it’s not possible to show the requested information.
It is not a receiver!
