I have a school we are doing and have to create a file for act 1 and act 2. I have global filters set to block, but once I load act 2 all my levels go to zero. It use to NOT do this but has done so lately. I’m on firmware 10.97.4574 I can’t say for sure but I think it started after upgrading firmware. Should I go back? I have attached my show folder

What are you blocking with the Global filter.
If you recall scene 1 does that recall the correct settings.

Did not look at your file, don’t have a mixer handy at the moment.

Is it possible you deleted all of your saved files ? Did you back them up to your Q-drive ?

According to manual, I should be able to either allow or prevent something from occurring. Mutes for the respective scenes are loaded. It is just when I recall the file the first time is when the faders move all the way down. After the 1st scene they DO NOT move so it has to be something in operating system, since it did work correctly in the past. That is why I attached the files so someone could look to see if they see something

Yep, it’s the same for me and my Qu-SB, so on the IPad. Once a fader is moved it doesn’t change when I switch scenes.

The only input that’s up from the start is the laptop(s), mains and some mix masters.

Was the mixer on show act2 when you updated ? I seem to remember that Behringer/Midas as a precaution zero’s some things when updating ?
