    Allen and Heath Techs,

    I NEED HELP! I have a QU 24 that will not boot up, when I turn it on all I get is the picture below. I cannot boot into firmware and hard resets do not work. I need help!

    I am in Washington, DC and your website says the closet distributor is in California! What am I supposed to do??

    Its been three years since this post and This board is still jacked. Can Allen and Heath do anything to help? I have since upgraded to an SQ but would love to get this board operational again. Im in Washington, DC.
