No me funcionan los botones copy paste reset

hola requiero ayuda no me funcionan los botonones para las funcionalidades Copy Reset Paste, ayuda porfavor , el sistema de qu-32 esta actualizado.

You hold down the copy button while you touch the screen processing window
you want to copy or the select button on the channel you want to copy.

Hold down the paste button and then some thing to paste those settings into
another channel or channels.
