Hello, im a Newbie on A&H Qu-Pac and also on Midi 🙁
I´ve read the Midi Protocol many Times but i don´t understand it.

I want to send a command to the Qu-Pac to Mute Channels
In the Protocol there is written: “Note Off” (in sysex i mean…)
But i cant get it to work…

    In the Protocol there is the Sysex Header ( F0 00 00 1A 50 11 01 00 0B ) (Midi Channel 12)

Q: i always have to take this header?

The Command for Mute on is 9N CH 7F
    In my Case (Midi Channel 12 Qu Channel 1) 9B 20 7F followed by 9B 20 00

What is the >complete< String for my Command?

Thanks for your Help and sorry for my bad English…

    Regards Klaus

    Hi,

Alex A&H ( @alexs ) has put together this incredibly useful spreadsheet that should help 🙂

    Cheers,
    Keith.

Hi Keith… This would be a great spreadsheet, however Sheet 2 is missing, so if you change any of the perimeters you get an error. Do you have the complete Spreadsheet with all of the pages?

    Thank you.

    Hi Dwyane,

I’ve just checked this on my system and it seems to be working okay for me.

What program are you using to open the file?

    Thanks
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

When I download the sheet it looks good.

However, when I change any of the variables “Qu Midi”, or “Qu CH” we get an error.

    Please see attached.

    Regards,

    Dwayne

I guess it is about Excel version.
the switch statement came with version 2016.
does not work on my Mac 2016.

I get column S that is all errors.

    It says concatenate N & O and sometimes N & O & P
if you look at the formula.
    but
I do not see any N O or P columns

And I only get a sheet 3 no sheet 1 nor sheet 2
