I just got an open box GLD Dante Card and have been running into issues with it. When I try to use the Dante controller to route with the card. On the Dante controller the card does show up on the Device Status tab, but it does not show up on the routing tab as a routable device. Going back to the Device Status tab. The controller displays no information about the card, and it says N/A on some of the config information. When I open the Device View for the card there is no info that comes up just “Retrieving model information – please wait…”. This message was there the few hours I was attempting to troubleshoot yesterday. I Have tried a few things but can’t figure it out.
Things I’ve tried:
1) Used a Mac and used a Windows computer
2) Double checked the subnet. Router gave Dante card a 192.168.3.x and the computer also 192.168.3.x
3) Plugged the primary port of the Dante card directly into the computer
4) Plug computer and Dante card to an isolated switch not on the network
5) Restarted the board
Not sure what is wrong with it but if anyone can help please let me know.
