Yep, and Apple always installs the latest OS when they package their machines, so the best you’ll ever be able to do do is get a Mac with the previous version installed and that’s if you’re lucky. Unless it’s an odd configuration, anything bought now will most likely come with macOS 14. I had the same conversation with Midas support — if you’re going to claim macOS support, you really need to support the latest OS since that’s probably the only version users putting together a new rig will be able to get. They eventually acknowledged I had a point, but we ended up going with A&H so I don’t know if Midas acted on the feedback.
