Fader Display Issue

ok so first time on this… and Ive found the following:

Fader 1 will goto +10db
Fader 2-12 only goto +4db once I reach 4db the display stops counting…
however if I push the fader to its left of infinity the display jumps to +10db…
Just done a fader calibration and no difference an the desk is just out of the box..

And as a point of note its not display orientated because Ive also just checked it with signal and the output from fader 2 jumps when I lift fader 1 of infinity…
useless start :/
