dLive C3500 faders

hello together,

i’am from germany. i have big problems with the dLive. 3 faders do not work anymore. the spare parts, cant get the spare parts due long delivery times. i’ve been waiting for 9 months.
my question, does anybody know, whats the problem with these faders. maybe i can repair it by myself. to work with this console it is impossible.
