Dlive C2500 password reset

Nobody can remember the password set for admin on my church’s C2500. I’ve tried the hard reset from this page
https://support.allen-heath.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4402906647057-dLive-Surface-Hard-Reset
but it doesn’t remove the user profiles.

Is there another way to reset the admin password? I need to get into admin so I can set up a few more users for custom control.

Hi Chad,

You need to contact your dealer, installer/integrator or our distribution partner in the US I’m afraid.
User profiles and passwords are stored in the MixRack. Posting the reset procedure on a public forum would defeat the purpose of password protection.

Thanks. I thought the users were stored on the surface. Our installer hasn’t been much help after the fact. But knowing it’s the mixrack I think I know what to do now. Just have to wait until after the holidays now.
