AR2412 Troubleshooting

Greetings:

Wondering if any other users have experience with a similar problem with their AR2412 stage box. I using the stage box with a SQ6 as FOH mixer.

Basically, I’m experiencing a slight audible bleed from channel 11 into the left main buss, and channel 12 into the right with the fader off. The problem does NOT occur if connected directly into the consoles physical sockets, or or any other AR2412 sockets.

The other strange thing is that if you plug a mic into channel 11 or 12 on the AR2412, and those channels aren’t even patched into ANY SQ6 channels, the bleed persists. Any thoughts on cause(s), or suggestions on fixing it?

First thing to my mind is: Mic Ext on the Main bus.

Sorry for the delay in response Mr.Steinmetz, but was busy with gigs.
Indeed, it was exactly what you suggested … Mix Ext.

How it became patched, even accidentally, I have no idea?
It’s not a feature that I use, or was even aware existed on SQ. Now I am. Thanks so much.
