Pretty strange trouble:
Tried to use Stereo matrix to send audio to video crew. There was very bad noise with little bit of signal.
Tried to use other stereo matrix, no help.
I listened from iLive T112 surface and iDr Headphones outputs; both were clear!
I changed physical outputs of iDr, no help.
Changed to two mono matrix, everything perfect.
Any ideas? Latest firmware, 1.9.
Pitk.

check / replace the cables connecting them.
Video is often on a different power source so try using an isolating transformer or DI to electrically isolate the system’s earths.
I hope this helps

Sound and video were taken from same power distro, changing cables did not help, we even tried connecting to monitor mixer. Only thing that helped was as I changed stereo matrix to two mono matrixes. Physical outpits remained the same. So the failure was defenitely in iLive system.

iLiveT80 / iDr32where were you sourcing your stereo mix from? This seems highly unlikely, I use stereo matrix sends with no problem quite often

iLiveT80 / iDr32Run your own test to make sure where the problems occurs….I use both stereo and mono matrixes all the time (using them right now actually) and it all performs as expected…..so, send measured audio signal from matrix stereo then from mono matrix either to a computer running recording software or other outboard box you own..what’s the result ? If the problem is still there then you should contact A&H support and submit a ticket….
Or could be this possibility also https://soundforums.net/varsity/4939-phantom-power-destroying-outputs-2.html
