Does anyone know of a way that you can take one wireless mic ahve it EQed for more than one user without having to eq each time someone else uses the mic? What i want to do is have 2 users on one mmic, they change off each week. Is there a way to hand the mic to one pull uup their eq and run with it. We use the ggld80.
The easy way is to setup 2 channels with the same input. Then you have two independent channelstrips for each vocalist. Just turn the right one up 🙂
So patch the channel next to your current channel to the same input socket, and you are done. Only shared thing is the gain.
Good luck.
Either that or create a library setting for each one. Just load the one you want. The two channel method is overall best though.
You can store/recall settings for a ‘vocalist’. Once you have an eq you are happy with, Select the channel, select processing button, select peq, under library, select store and type in the name of the vocalist. Repeat steps but name for the next persons name. You just recall every time you switch. We do the same thing for our pastors.
wow it integrates the video not only the link, I’m impressed
If you need to safe some mix settings store a scene and only recall the needed mix
got another one helpful for managing band setups with changing members
