Look at page 75 of the manual. It looks like you can assign any of the Mixes to go to the USB B streaming (Tracks 19-32). How that will show up in your computer I can’t say. As far as your analog method… If it worked, who could argue?

    Best of luck!

True, but why monkey around in the back if you could simply touch the screen and turn an encoder? Hence the request for input routing. I’m not a coder but, I’d think that it would be worth while (note I didn’t say easy) to create a method of choosing where the ones and zeroes get routed or distributed after they had been converted from the ADC.

I’m actually quite surprised that there isn’t input patching/routing. I’m even more surprised that I had to sift through this many posts to find a request for input patching.

I would like the ability to be able to digitally patch an analog or digital input to any channel (or multiple channels).

1:1 routing on a digital console? Come on, even studio analog guys have patchbays to re-route input signals to channels they want them on. And analog live sound people will come up with some creative schemes to make sure that what comes from the stage shows up on the channels they want.

If you want to use channels 17 and 18 then, you will need to change the output settings for the QU24 in Audio MIDI Setup. In Audio MIDI Setup select the QU24 for output. Click on Configure Speakers in the lower right hand corner. Under the Stereo tab change the left front to 17 and the right front to 18. Click apply and you should be good to go.

And if all else fails… you could hook up an 1/8th” TRS to two 1/4″ TS from the headphone out of the computer to the line inputs of 17 and 18. Not very elegant but, it will get the job done.
