For future readers, this sounds like a typical gain staging issue…Set preamp gains appropriately, ensure your direct out to the Me system come from the right place (pre fader for sure; pre EQ/Compression if those are not wanted in the in ear mix. Read the manual, it will really help.
Be careful that your EQ, Dynamics, etc. do not raise the level too much. That would cause clipping even with properly set preamp gain.
