    I have a QU-32 that is roughly 2 years old. When we went to power it on today, every light comes on, the speakers pop, but the touch screen is dark. I’ve restarted it several times and it does the same thing. Any ideas? This is the first issue we have had with it since installation.

    Can you still control it via the iPad ?

    Has there been a wall voltage spike ?

    Has the console been handled roughly ?

    My first guess would be a loose connector somewhere inside.

    Still under warranty ?

    I don’t think it boots far enough to enable the remote tablet control.

    Voltage spike is unknown but is a possibility.

    The unit is not mobile and has been sitting in the same location for 2 years and is not under warranty.
