From which company did you order yours? Can’t seem to find a seller via Google…

Thanks for all your responses. I looked at the video for iLive mixpad and set up the router per settings suggested, hooked it up to the GLD, launched the iPad app and it worked! I think adding multicast in the advanced tab of the router tab helped, not sure, don’t care now.
Thanks again for all your suggestions.

You could use the stereo template as a start and change the main out to mono. Go to Setup, Config, Mixer config tab, touch LR on Main and list of options comes up, then select LR+M –
“A 3-way main mix with independent stereo LR and mono M buses. Channels can be separately assigned to any combination of LR and M. Typical application for M is main centre speaker, mono PA or bus-fed sub bass.”
Are you recording to the usb? Not sure if it has a separate volume control.
Have fun! I got my GLD about a month ago, having a blast so far.

This post was very helpful to set up routing on my GLD80 to Hearback system. I am having an issue though that generates a question. Is there a limit as to length of CAT5 cable between the MMO card and a Hearback hub? When connecting MMO to HB hub with a 6-10ft Cat 5, no problem, but if I use my 100ft cat 5, no synch.
If I use a short cat5 between MMO & to a HB hub at the console, then out the HB hub via 100ft cat 5 to another HB hub at the stage, no problem.
The 100ft cable synchs D-link between console and staqe fine. (I have 2 100ft cat5’s in a sheath, one for HB, one for d-Link).
Is there a weakness in the MMO signal from the HB audio out that it can only travel short distances?
    Anyone have experience with this?

Here is what I found out about the MMO card and the GLD:

The GLD will not “see” the MMO card, like it does the AR2412 and 84, it just becomes part of the mixer. Also the documentation for the MMO applies to iLive only.

Channels to program for MMO card are:

1-24 = ADAT 1-24 (should already be programmed)
These you have to manually program:
    25-32 = iDR/Hearbus A1-8
    33-40 = iDR/Hearbus B1-8
So you can have 2 different sets of Hearback channels, provided you have 2 hubs. Also you will have to run separate Cat5 cables for each, so if you are running 2 Hearback setups, you will have 2 Cat5’s for the HB and one for the GLD.

OK I searched the GLD forum and found an answer to my question.
The MMO documentation is for the ilive system, not GLD.

Here are the right channels to program:

    1-24 = ADAT 1-24
    25-32 = iDR/Hearbus A1-8
    33-40 = iDR/Hearbus B1-8
