User on mixing console able to mute and unmute

We have a gld112 mixing console, with an admin user and a vocal user (with every permission turned off). That vocal user is used by our vocals, on their tablets they select that user and each tablet has their own aux for personal mixing.

Now the issue we have is that if I am logged into the mixing console with the admin user. I lock the console. Then I login using the vocal user, I can unmute DCAs, while this should not be able to (as all permissions are off).

Does anyone know if this can be fixed?
